Broken fan mount, fan hanging halfway out. Loose parts behind screens. No shipping damage to container so assume it came from the factory this way. Hey things happen, the real frustration has been getting AJ Madison to respond to my service request. After 30 minutes on hold was directed to put in service request through AJ Madison site, there is no confirmation or tracking number given so from my perspective it has gone into a blank hole.

The filtration is powerful and the lighting gives a clear view of everything. The ventilation is precise. Love this Miele

The LED lights are very bright, the filters are very effective. The design makes my kitchen richer. Pleased

Very nice cooker hood. I wanted to replace an ugly old visor and this one fit into the space perfectly. Not cheap, but very modern and sleek looking and haven’t seen anything else like it. Great light and the extractor is very powerful, albeit a tad noisy, but I can live with that. Overall very happy with my purchase!

works great. looks nice. Matches Miele range when not enough room due to cabinets to have larger hood.
