I got one of these today. Excellent for pulling, bit of a drag when you have to get on and off buses for instances and you've got to carry it high. But literally a couple of dozen places to store stuff inside it - ingenious usage of space. But make sure you use it for a laptop (as it protects it well), else, you may as well get a trolley with a lot more space.
