Venta LW45 Blanc

This is the second Venta Air washer I've owned and the first once more than amply convinced me a second airwasher at the other end of the house would be a good investment. However, the current version of this model seems to have been made from lighter (more flimsiest?) and the motor noise is a little louder. I like it but the plastic wheels seem to buckle a little. It still works but for how long?

This is a fairly easy device to operate and it does raise humidity without becoming a bacteria problem. The science behind it is solid and you do notice that it cleans the air when you have to empty the tank and clean it. The dirt is not too hard to clean except for the spindles in the wheel which are hard to clean without soaking first. It is much more expensive that a basic humidifier but it holds more water and humidifies a larger area than most.

This humidifier/airwasher has made a significant difference in our home. We have two dogs and two cats and family members would get allergic when they came over. My daughter-in-law no longer needs to take allergy meds when she comes over. We are extremely pleased. It's very easy to use and clean.

Great product. I searched for quite a while and so glad I chose this one.
