Cette imprimante d’étiquettes est un appareil portatif avec clavier intégré et écran. Elle utilise des rubans thermiques TZe de différentes largeurs et peut être reliée à un ordinateur via USB. Les étiquettes sont découpées automatiquement par un massicot intégré. L’imprimante est alimentée par des piles AA, une batterie Li-ion optionnelle ou un adaptateur secteur. Le boîtier est compact pour une utilisation sur un bureau ou en déplacement entre postes de travail.

Being new to a label maker, the user manual for this product is terrible. When opening the back cover to insert the tape the sticker that says not to move this lever by hand with an arrow pointing to it is very obvious. So, trying to install my first tape in the machine, I was unable to and subsequently ruined a cassette. After moving the lever by hand that you aren't supposed to, I was able to insert a tape. My initial try, the lever did not fully retract the print head. If the manual actually was user friendly with decent pictures and information, I wouldn't be out a brand new tape. Heaven forbid you provide better instructions. Not impressed at this point.

I purchased this to label various switches, breakers, wires, stop cocks etc on my boat. It is early days but so far all is good - labels have been stuck in some fairly harsh areas (engine bay, water tanks) and the ink has not faded / run and the adhesive is still working. Quite an impressive looking piece of kit, physically larger / heavier than expected, appears to be well made.

I have been using Brother printers for a few months Good quality printer, if a little large and sometimes wasteful of tape. Very good range of tapes available for this device Yes, I recommend this product

The Brother PTH500 is a brilliant tool for the office. It takes several different sizes of tape cassettes. You can choose from a variety of colours to make your labelling stand out. The product has the ability to print in numerous fonts and type settings, which add individuality and character to your labels. The screen is large and easy to read. It is quite easy to operate. My only slight negative it that it is quite bulky and heavy not easily carried for length of time. Just depends on what you are labelling I guess. But the £20.00 cash back which applied at the time of purchase was a definite bonus. I would recommend this product.
