I OPENED IT AND TRIED TO USE I, LOADED THE LABELS AND IT KEPT GIVING ME AN ERROR MESSAGE. NOW IT WONT EVEN TURN ON. PUT BRAND NEW BATTERIES AND PLUGGED IT IN AND NOTHING!!

It's great at producing labels but getting to characters other than letters and numbers is super slow
