This label maker has so many great features. I’m sure I still haven’t even found and used them all now. It would be a great addition to an office. I like that it can use different sizes and colors of labels. The buttons are a little hard to push sometimes, occasionally I have to push it several times for it to take, but maybe over time they will loosen up and be fine. It was very easy to set up the software on my computer and I enjoyed playing around with it, adding clip art and checking out fonts. It came in handy for labeling my son’s supplies for school. I really like how big the screen is. It’s a great label maker.

Glad you asked. The printer I purchased does not print anything on white on black label media. The black on white and black on transparent are fine though... Changing label size makes no difference. What gives?

It printed 10 labels and quit working (software issue). I had to spend 1 hour on phone with customer service before it started working again. Printed another 15 or 20 labels and quit working again. I don't have the time to work with such a touchy product. If it doesn't work, it doesn't work.

I wanted to love this, but this could have been made better. Slow to turn on (irritating for quick labeling when I'm used to the cheaper model), have to press hard on some of the buttons to get it to register, touch screen isn't great, doesn't fit in your hands as nicely as their other units, navigation and screen space optimization leave something to be desired.

Not printing properly - faded letters. Replaced cartridge and followed all instructions. No good. Unfortunately threw packaging away so now have useless paperweight.
