Afteer download of driver I could't even finish getting it to start. No help from the support. After the third request for her they didn't even respond. So I have a very expensive printer siring in my office unusable with no responsibility from your company. No more Epsons for me.

The main reason for buying this device was its format (A3) and low usage costs.

I’m using this printer for my personal book printing projects and it works great. It’s definitely fast and I’ve had no issues with ink quality or paper jamming. I’m very satisfied overall.

This printer is outstanding, offering A3 printing at a budget price

This is the second one I have owned. I liked the ability to print 11x17. Everything worked great until a month ago when I upgraded my MAC operating system. After downloading and installing updated drivers, I called tech support because I couldn’t get the scanner to work. They told me to do that same thing. I did and it still didn’t work so I haven’t been able to scan for several weeks. Now the paper gets stuck every 3-4 pages. At first it was just when printing 2-sided and now it happens on every print. I’ve made sure all the paper tray setting are right. So now I’m thinking of buying a completely different model.
