I have wasted many hours trying to make this stupid printer work. It keeps showing as being off line even though it is switched on and connected by Wifi and USB. Often it will show jobs held in a que, if I delete those jobs the printer may work but that ploy seldom works. All I want to do is print something, not waste hours trying to make the printer work.

This printer has a great price, wonderful quality prints and a very convenient ink supply system BUT One day a month after I bought it, it disconnected from my WiFi setup and stopped printing! If I could have given their technical help system a minus 10, I would have been generous. I spent several weeks trying to get this back on line, to no avail. Typical of the problems: they have a complicated step-by-step to "help' my problem. I got down to the last two directions and I was prompted to press two specific buttons. The printer chugged into action and printed out a long numerical "PIN" number.plus a warning that the pin was only good for 120 seconds or so, BUT THEY DIDN'T BOTHER TO TELL YOU WHERE TO PUT THE PIN NUMBER, NOR DID THEY PROVIDE A LINK! If it STOPS CONNECTING THERE'S NO HELP. I had, after over 2 weeks of long work days, to trash this printer, and buy a new one. You can bet it wasn't an HP!

Au bout de quelques semaines sans utilisation, l’appareil n’est plus capable d’être détecter en wifi. J’ai trouvé une brochure SAV dans le cartons, où j’ai pu voir qu’il fallait payer pour avoir de l’aide.

Prints well and easy to use . Although setting it up is very tricky, I followed instructions from you tube and that helhed me a lot.

Outre l’installation un peu fastidieuse … L’impression au quotidien est une horreur … je dois souvent rester assise plus d’une heure à côté de l’imprimante à checker l’impression. Qu’elles se lancent correctement etc … Le format qui d’un coup, s’imprime en minuscule … Des pages qui s’arrêtent de s’imprimer à la mi page, bonjour le gaspillage de papier. Je l’utilise en wifi, pour le prix vous pouvez trouver bien mieux.
