I ordered this from your website. It was pre owned. My son opened it from tge mail and it wouldn't work. Our ps4 was unable to read the disc. The whole thing was scratch badly. Thats how we received the game. All scratch so bad that our ps4 was unable to read it. Very disappointed.

So I got my first copy of Black Ops III on the Christmase of 2020 for my Playstation 3. I had lots of fun with zombies and Multiplayer, However, I ended up giving away my PS3 to a good friend of mine so I could upgrade to PS4. I later got a copy for my PS4 and the multiplayer and Zombies were as fun as I remember however, the campaign left a lot to be desired. BO3 falls under the case of "Fun Multiplayer and Zombies but not so good Campaign."

Look, this game works, and is great, but it didn’t have the original case, and that just really sucks. Now I have to go out and buy it also. You buy from big ol companies to get the big package deals, but this ain’t it.
