Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III PS5

I purchased this game in physical disc, but I’m encountering multiple issues preventing me from installing it. Upon inserting the disc, a 100GB+ download starts, which is fairly common, but after it completes, the installation fails due to a region problem. I’ve tried several solutions: changing my console’s region, using an account with a different region, but nothing works. It seems there’s an incompatibility between the disc and my region. It’s frustrating, especially after paying for a physical product.

THIS GAME WOULD BE AMAZING HAD I BEEN A GAMER . THIS IS MY FIRT EVER COD... IM SOOOOO LOST. GETTING IT UPDATED BEFORE I CAN PLAY AND IT LOOKS LIKE IT DOESN'T PLAY OFFLINE ... TERRIBLY FEAT
