Ice Age: Scrat's Nutty Adventure est un jeu de plateforme 3D simple, surtout adapté aux jeunes enfants et aux familles. Les contrôles sont faciles à apprendre et l'ambiance est familière pour les fans d'Ice Age. Le jeu propose des objets à collectionner amusants et est idéal pour jouer ensemble. Cependant, la difficulté est très faible, donc les adultes trouveront peu de challenge. Le contrôle de la caméra est souvent frustrant et la durée de jeu est courte par rapport au prix. Il y a aussi peu de variété dans le gameplay, ce qui le rend moins attrayant pour les joueurs expérimentés.

The game was a repetitive mess. Nothing about it was entertaining or well made. It was advised as a 3D platformer and it doesn't even function as that. You fight the same enemies over and over again, and Scratt's attacks have so little reach that you have to basically run into the enemies to register a hit. Not that I would know if I hit them, there is no indication of a successful hit. Just keep mashing the attack button until everything is dead. I was so bored I gave up 2 hours in. I tried to return the game, but Gamestop wouldn't let me...and I wasn't even allowed to trade it in for anything either. I haven't been to game stop in some time, and now I think I'll just stop going all together.
