A fun Tales of game that I missed back in the PS3 days. A solid JRPG and a decent remaster. My only complaints are that the original voice cast wasn't called back in to add more dialogue to the extra content, they used other voice actors instead, I found it very off-putting and distracting, a minor complaint, but it's there regardless. I chose to play with Japanese voices, it eased my pain.

Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition is truly a love letter from Namco Tales Studios to fans of the franchise. While the main story is a touch trite and the combat a little dull, it’s worth it to accompany this cast of interesting and nuanced characters on their journey to save the day. — David Lee

J'ai déjà la toute première version mais les quelques ajouts et l'aspect portable du titre m'a convaincu de me le reprendre! Toujours aussi bon dans son histoire comme dans ces mécaniques, le jeu aborde des personnages attachant même si ils sont assez clichés. Le portage sur switch est vraiment bon et le lissage graphique permet au jeu de ne pas trop vieillir. Je le conseille vivement aux néophytes comme aux habitués du genre.
