Yakuza 0 est salué pour son histoire profonde, ses personnages attachants et sa grande richesse de contenu. Le jeu propose de nombreuses quêtes annexes, mini-jeux et un monde ouvert vivant qui retranscrit bien l’ambiance du Japon des années 80. Le système de combat est innovant avec plusieurs styles par personnage. Les points faibles sont un début lent, des graphismes parfois datés et une quantité de contenu qui peut dérouter les nouveaux joueurs. Les dialogues sont parfois longs. Pour les amateurs d’action narrative, c’est un excellent choix.

Forget everything you know about standard mafia games. Yakuza 0 throws the genre flat on its back and laughs on it, the gameplay is extremely tight and every hit has weight and power behind finishing blow, tackle or heat action. The story is also a fantastic setup for new players it’s easy to understand and be drawn to it. But that’s not even the best thing Yakuza 0 offers it’s the zany side quests and genius mini games that brought a smile to my face and made me laugh between the story of Yakuza 0.
