Hi I just wanted to say about the lag and choppy framerate problems on the PC that everyone is complaining about- sometimes when a level loads and it's choppy (this seems to be at random) just press the button to restart the race and the choppiness goes away and then runs smooth as butter. I also agree about Uplay, I hate it just like everyone else (Steam alone is fine) but otherwise this is a great and stupidly addicting fun game. I have the 360 but would rather have my game collection on Steam/PC and still bought it on the PC despite all the bad reviews about the PC version. Yes, randomly you will load a track and it will be super choppy, but all you have to do is quickly restart the race (press one button on the controller) and the choppiness goes away immediately. I haven't seen any other flaws in the game vs the 360 thus far and its a minor one that's fixed by quickly restarting the race.

Terrible port on the PC version ! Slow, choppy and unplayable ! Waste of money.

Great Game for kids to spend time on - takes lots of time to finish challenges - You can make your own challenging games and post them online for others to try out.

The game itself is plenty enjoyable. Addicting, fun, challenging, etc. Judging by the other reviews, I seems to be one of the lucky ones seeing as the game works for me. The "but" is Uplay is dreadful, completely unnecessary, and agitating; it's gotten in the way dozens and dozens of times without providing even one solitary benefit. If you're willing to wrestle with it, there's a good game in here. Otherwise, there's a previous Trials on Steam that is just about as good, give or take.
