I bought this to replace a competitor's unit after it finally bit the dust. Connecting to my television was a breeze, and it was nice to discover that an HDMI cable was included. The remote performs every function with just a light press, and I'm quite impressed with both the sound and picture quality. The first movies watched were the Blu-Ray HD editions of The Hobbit trilogy, and they were even better than I remembered. Every scene and character just popped beautifully on screen. It's honestly really nice to be watching my DVD and Blu-Ray collection again, and I'm very happy with my purchase.
