LEGO City Fusée spatiale avec centre de contrôle, 60228

My son built a part everyday after Xmas. Great present for stucking a house in winter!

I have sat and done this many times with my 4 year old son who adores space. Great Lego set - highly recommend!!!

My sons and I have really enjoyed this LEGO rocket and launch control. It isn't particularly realistic but it is fun. I mean on the surface it looks great, so who cares if it isn't perfectly accurate. There's only so much that can be put in. That's what using the imagination is about, and besides, the cool rocket tower which falls away in launch is impressive. I also like that feature as it is so robust. The launch control area is fantastically detailed. The front window comes away flawlessly to access the operatives inside. The astronauts transport train / tram will entertain younger kids like mine but frustrate others as it serves little purpose. It comes to an abrupt whiplash inducing stop and when they get to their destination there is no way of entering into the flight deck. This comes with so many cool accessories, there is loads to do and my boys have fun making up scenarios. They're all very detailed. AS usual with LEGO the quality is exceptional. Every piece accounted for.

Unfortunately we have 6 pieces missing from this set. All bags sealed in the box but one... Really strange as lego normally very reliable. Having to improvise with pieces we already have but not a happy birthday boy.

Delivery was very prompt and friendly but I am very disappointed with the lack of packaging. This is a Christmas present for my grandson and the first thing he will see is a dirty great big address label on the front picture of his lego box. I understand we shouldn't be wasteful like box in box but perhaps it could be put in a recyclable plastic bag.Hope you can come up with a better way in the futur.
