Bought this as a Christmas present for my 14year old son started building it on Christmas Day almost finished! Kept him off computer games for a change . He loves it. Highly recommend it.

Just purchased this and after opening the damaged box I'm disappointed to see that it's not LEGO . Cheap substitute. Loose parts in box and no lego stamp on any of pieces. Red herring should have been price. Not sure whether to build as the quality of pieces are sub standard. With all the lego kits I've done never once have I seen Asian text on bags

Having made a Lego model Ducati Motor bike previously, I decided to have a go at a slightly more complicated car kit this time. Loving the actual LeMans 24hr event, this was the perfect next Lego kit to try and although more complicated to assemble (over 1700 bits !) it is basically the same procedure putting it together as the previous kit and will keep me and I'm happy doing it in stages as time allows. Important - As with all Lego kits, its essential you follow the Assembly Guide TO THE LETTER or you will end up not being able to fit all the bits - so be warned Although currently only part finished, this kit is going together well and like other Lego kits all individual parts/items are so well made that they fit together with great precision. The finished kit looks as if it is quite a large Model so space will be required to display !!! I would Highly Recommend this Model for any serious Lego lovers but not for younger children.
