LEGO - Batman - Bat-Dünenbuggy ; 70918

Pros: Fun little build and the buggy actually looks quite nice on display. Its a solid build and playable for kids. Good figure selection. I genuinely like the looks of most of these Movie sets and even this small one feels good. Cons: Overpriced for the part count. Get it 20% off. Stickers.

I got this for £12.99 from Argos and it’s a really fun little build, the minifigures are great and one is exclusive to this set. Another winner from Lego.

Despite only being used as a background vehicle in the movie, this set is an admirable little one. The build is sufficient (a touch better than the previous Lego Batman Dune Buggy, because apparently we live in a world where we need two within relatively close release windows), and Batman is basically the same one we've gotten a thousand times across this line, but Captain Boomerang is definitely worth the buy. He's in his classic attire, with dual-molded legs and above-and-beyond printing across the whole figure. About the only thing he needs is a white bandana piece from the old cowboy lines to be complete, but since I don't think The Lego Group regularly makes those pieces anymore, it's forgivable.

My kids (4 years old) love legos but they're still challenged by folowing the instructions and manipulating the smaller pieces. This set is perfect for us since it isn't huge, doesn't have too many steps, (keeping their frustration/patience ratio in bounds), and, you know... it has Batman.

It's really hard for us to find a Lego set we don't love. The kids love building them, especially the movie-related sets, where they act out all of their favorite scenes. Anything with a vehicle is a huge hit. Building wise, this was decent for my 6 yr old to do, killed a few hours and then he played with it! I am amazed at how great Lego keeps the kids towards building without getting frustrated. When it falls apart, they make their own mechs and connect other pieces together. It's really endless fun.
