Ceci est un modèle Ultimate Collector Series Star Wars avec 1967 pièces et 2 minifigures. Le modèle mesure environ 61 cm de long et présente un greebling extensif (détails fins) sur toute l'extérieur. Convient aux collectionneurs adultes et aux fans de Star Wars à la recherche d'une pièce d'exposition détaillée. Le processus de construction prend plusieurs heures et nécessite de la patience lors de l'application des autocollants.

Of course it has stickers- the set-up costs for producing printed elements for a small production run would make the product much more expensive. They're a pain and fiddly to put on, but inevitable. It's a real pleasure to see how much fun the designers had fitting a huge variety of various griblings into the build, and seeing the imaginative way they've overcome the various problems in making such an impressively accurate model- and making a potentially flimsy structure incredibly solid. It's a very impressive and sizeable model when finished: here's the big problem- where I am going to store/ display it?

This model is a very detailed of the Y wing. Very enjoyable to build and looks great to display! Very few sticker pieces for the set, which is always a bonus. The cop-pit of the Y wing is very slick in design, and the entire model looks stunning. Only problem is with the symmetry, I dislike building the two engines due to they are identical, but I guess it makes sense for them to do so, so this complaint is just personal.

I was on the fence with this set until I started building it. The weight and solid build resulted in giving it a 5 star for me! The amount of greebling is 2nd that to the UCS Falcon #75192 and looks almost like a movie replica. I only wish the bomb-bay was functional like the non UCS model. The cockpit detail matches the detail of the Snow Speeder and I was very impressed.

Simple assembly and sturdy construction. Parts give the feel of the pipe covered open panels of the y wing well, without being too cluttered. Landing gear is a little on the small side, but does the job. Forward landing skid is in the wrong place, it should be under the cockpit section, however this doesnt detract from the finished model.

Absolutely loved this build, all the small details just amazed me. Keeps you on your toes while building and is just amazing to look at. Well done Lego. Would have given it 5 stars but some of the parts bags could be reduced in size.
