For a UCS site this is great, I base my reviews on build/display and how much modding they need. The build was fun and enjoyable, The only thing I didn't care for was the guns bend slightly. The display is 10/10 best, Couldn't be any better. Zero modding needed to make this set perfect.

I recently purchased this ucs snowspeeder as I had the slave 1. I have to say this set blows the slave 1 out of the water. The detail of this set is brilliantly done, especially as you make the engines and the guns. The set was really great build and the instructions easy enough to follow, it took me in all five and a half hours to build. I love the harpoon gun on the back which can be moved used the rear gunners handles, and also how turning the engine makes the air brakes raise up and down. I have only two complaints about this set. The first is the stand doesn't feel like it can hold the set, as the snowspeeder is very front heavy, I've had to fiddle about with it to feel right. Secondly I wish lego would stop making stickers for these sets and print them on the bricks instead. The white stickers are a completely different colour to the white bricks and stand out like a sore thumb. Apart from that, I would highly recommend this set.

If you are a UCS fan and love Star Wars don’t miss out on this set. This makes my third UCS set and probably my 200th Star wats set. The set is great and captures every detail of the Rebel snowspeeder. I found every part of the build rewarding and enjoyable they use both stickers and printed tiles to really build a beautifully detailed cockpit. If you have been going back and forth on this set don’t wait pick it up before it’s gone.

This build was fun! I had a few challenges but overall a relatively easy builds. This was my first build from the Star Wars ultimate collectors series and I am now looking forward to Slave 1 arriving. I would definitely recommend to Star Wars fans however it really is not designed as a ship for kids to play with, more as a display piece.

Great remake, looks great ! Cockpit is well detailed, one of the best in the UCS models.
