The lego itself is great, but the delivery was awful! Both ends of the box were damaged so that when we picked it up the lego all fell out.

I’m 100% on board with LEGO finding ways to reduce unnecessary waste, like replacing plastic bags with cardboard boxes, but not being able to feel the bag to confirm what character/minifigure you’re getting, necessitating the need to purchase countless duplicates to achieve a complete set is infuriating and wasteful in a different direction. I’m an adult, so I’ve got the disposable income, but these are arguable more for kids, who don’t, so it’s even harder to achieve a complete set for them, as they likely can’t afford to. The only current solution is to buy an unopened box of 16, which should hold two complete sets of 8, but that’s not possible here on Amazon, or reasonable for folks who can’t justify the extra spend on 8 extra character packs. As it stands, I’ve gone through 18 packs now, and haven’t received a Purple Toad, so I STILL don’t have a complete set!
