Everything about this kit was amazing: Brilliant design, challenging but fun to build, very impressive appearance with awesome motorized functions. I have one criticism: The rotor blades all have a circular mark toward their middle which Lego has confirmed is left over from the molding process. It is not particularly unsightly, but Lego chose to omit it from pictures of the completed model. That to me was an unfortunate decision by a company with a stellar reputation for quality and customer support. Lego should honestly portray the appearance of their products and not hide defects in this way. In fact, if they had shown it in their pictures of their finished model, I think most everyone would assume it was part of the design. It may be a cliche, but honesty really is the best policy, and their lack of it here seems to me an unnecessary black mark against them!

This is an impressive helicopter set. I really enjoyed building this set. Is a little difficult to “play with” Remote controlling would be a great improvement. Having optional instructions to upgrade to full remote control would be fantastic.

Amazing Lego, best in Technic series I have built so far (with the help of my 5.5 years old son). Comes with motor, works with 4 mechanism.
