Excellent all-round lens with a very useful range - a great lens to have on the camera while travelling, etc. Results are very good with no noticeable distortions or CA across the range. And the no-holds-barred weather protection makes it even more compelling!

Good Points: Easily one lens for all your travel needs. Compact, weatherproof, sharp. Light compared to my usual 12-40pro + 40-150 pro. Fabulously versatile - go from 24mm wide to 200mm tele in one go. Have made many shots into the setting sun with very well controlled or negligible flare. Stabiliser in combination with EM1X is amazing. Improvement Points: F4 instead of F2.8

Good Points: Excellent sharpness; good bokeh when extended despite maximum F4; easy to zoom but not slack; such a handy range 12-100, meaning far less changing of lenses. Improvement Points: It is quite heavy for a four thirds lens. I would prefer F2.8 but that would be even more expensive and this is not a cheap lens.
