Broke in one week. Horrible machine. Had to take it to a repair store. They refused to fix it told me to get my money back. They overcharged me $259 and kept $100 for restocking fee when I mailed it back, my refund was only $159. What a rip off.

This was my 1st time buying a sewing machine and I had no idea how to use one. Although watching multiple videos on YouTube, and going to a sewing shop near my house I learned! So although, it did take me multiple tries once you get the hang of it the product works really good.

Easy to use, she just had to watch a quick video, but it is self explanatory.. She likes that it is simple with not too many buttons.
