Great machine, frustrating lack of recipes

We bought this machine a couple of months ago and have used it a lot with some great results; it's the perfect size for the two of us. My gripe (as with other people) is the shortage of recipes for proper bread - I'm not interested in Aperol Citrus cake! I've tried halving other bread recipes but the loaves are a bit on the small side. Fortunately I've discovered a guy called Bread Dad who has 1lb loaf recipes which, so far, are really good, so I feel much more positive about the machine now and look forward to experimenting more.

Non, je ne regrette rien!

Well I've come full circle! Had a bread maker about 20 odd years ago used half a dozen times but never really satisfied with the bread it produced. It ended up in a skip! Having watched a Youtube video about how much in the way of additives get chucked into supermarket bread, I thought perhaps I would re-visit the bread making scene. I tried about 4 different recipes of literally hand made bread.... all terrible! Read some Which? reviews and opted for the Panasonic SD-PN100 as a result of a) the review itself, b) the compactness of the machine and c) Panasonic have been making machines forever so they must know what they are doing. Best decision ever!! Perfect results every time. Slowly working through the different recipes soon be at No7. "French" hence my title of this review!

SD-PN100KXC

Pleasantly surprised by the results, followed a couple of recipes and all have been much nicer than shop brought with out the rubbish. it is small, so makes a small loaf but as this is exactly what I was after it is perfect. it is bit nosey at the kneading stage but to be expected

Incredible bread machine, always perfect results

Excellent bread machine that is very easy to use and the results have been fantastic every time and we have had so many compliments on our bread and has made many of our friends consider getting a Panasonic bread machine as they are the best machine in comparison to other brands. I have made white, wholemeal, multi seed malt bread, brioche and a bread dough to make a French stick and they have all turned out perfectly.
