Machine arrived early. It took a while to work out just what we were doing with it, but after a few days this machine is making the best coffee I've ever had. One of the best investments I've made - very very happy. Amazon were great to deal with answered questions promptly and as I said the machine arrived earlier than they said it would so overall extremely happy and will definately use again.

Has always being a De’Longhi Customer, and this is my second one. My last lasted for 7years and stoppred working, but still a very good lifespan. And looking forward to use this one for years.

I've had the machine for about a month now, great coffee every time. Mostly love the profiles and ability to customise the coffee type (strength, coffee amount, milk amount) for the coffee drinkers in our family.

Makes ok coffee's, but doesn't make them hot enough & the froth is too bubbly not creamy like a café would make. All in all though pretty good for convenience & taste. Edit: Over 1year & more than 2500 cappuccino's later still going strong, good purchase albeit a bit of water pooling underneath the machine occasionally, can't complain.

We love how easy it was to set up, use and clean. We love the profile feature so you can adjust your favourite coffee mix to exactly how you like it. There is nothing not to love about this machine and the price on Amazon was the cheapest anywhere.
