The coffee machine is simple, easy to use. The coffee is delicious and aromatic. Delivery Sam's delivered the mashine before the appointed time. The only thing is that there was a problem with the used coffee sensor in the container. And that's where Sam's was quick to help issue a refund

Great machine with option to add beans or ground coffee. Milk steamer spout attached. Easy to keep clean, empty coffee grinds and top up water. Perfect machine IMO.

Initial set up was easy. And it only took 3 tries to get the coffee I wanted. Coffee is not watery at all. Strongly recommended it.

A month into using this machine I was grinding beans as I always do and the entire thing went up in smoke. Sparks were flying and my entire house smells like crap now.

I had been looking for a while at different espresso machines before I decided on this one. I LOVE it! I waited to write a review until I used it several times to give an honest review. It is so easy to use this machine and it makes lattes and coffee drinks that are much better than what I have been paying for! The other day I had a long grocery shopping, so I grabbed a Starbucks and threw it away after a couple of sips because this machine is spoiling me! I would highly recommend it. You can choose what strength you want your shots to come out at. grinds and brews for you! its easy to use the milk frother. I can't say enough about this machine.
