I got the non waterproof version. Application is a mess, the spiky brush prongs are too long. Its hard to get up to the lash roots and it spreads mascara all over my lids and under my eyes. Takes ages to clean up with several q-tips. Strongly perfumed with a smell similar to the one Dior uses and itches my eyes the same. Very clumpy spidery lashes. Flakes excessively during the day with black marks all over my cheeks. I rename this mascara "FLAKE EXCESS" hah.

I liked this mascara and have not repurchased it . I think this is a good everyday mascara if you want volume that kind of looks natural. I love the packaging . Now the applicator does allow you to give lashes separation and volume but honestly no length . If you want a mascara that will make your lashes look natural with a little volume this is for you but you love the false lash look this mascara will leave you disappointed.

Oh how I wanted to like this product! Because the first results you get from using this mascara are amazing, truly a false lash effect! However, this effect is only attainable with the first couple of uses, thereafter it starts to collect all the mascara in the bottle onto the want, leading to it not spreading as nicely onto my lashes. It is indeed waterproof but honestly, if it's only usable for a few weeks (read approximately 3) then I can sacrifice that benefit and just go with the regular one instead - not waterproof, but lasts way longer! (It does help to wash off your wand of excess mascara to get it to work wonders again, however, once you start doing that you have to do it every use and to me it's just not worth the time.) Pros - Beautiful when you first get it - Waterproof - Easy to apply Cons - Collects way too much excess mascara on the wand

I was in dire need of a good, basic everyday mascara that I could throw on and go, one that didn't cost a fortune and wouldn't have me mourning for a week if I lost it. I bumped into this mascara on sale during a cruise, figured I would give it a go as I used to like L'Oreals line of mascaras before Chanel and YSL came knocking on my door. I have quite thick, average lenght blonde lashes, and to me, this is the perfect budget mascara right between Too Faced's They're Real! and YSL Babydoll (but cheaper). Gives me long pretty lashes.. not much volume, but definitely good lenght, which looks surprisingly good on me! This truly is waterproof, and does not smudge, stays on all day on me. However, little specs of mascara fall off and tend to end up in my eyes. These little specs like to stick to my contact lenses, which is quite uncomfortable. But I'll take that over racoon-eyes any day of the week. And, it comes off with such ease! Works really well for me as an everyday mascara.
