Hi the item is just what I wanted, and it does as it says, delivery from this company was not so good, it came from France and they wanted me to pay £98 duty, before delivery a phone call to Amazon did get this sorted, so be aware and don’t pay any extra charges

I ordered this because it was advertised to include an embossing function. When it arrived it had only the cut and scan functions. The seller takes so long to respond that I had to open a dispute for a refund. Turns out I had to pay for return postage to France! Why buy this expensive machine when you can buy others for less than half the price?

clunky, cut straight through the mat even though I changed the settings, got through a ton of paper trying to get it to collaborate, spend a bit extra and get the DX1200 It’s wonderful, cut perfect straight out of the box, bad experience all round with the machine and the French seller,
