This hand blender is not user-friendly. It’s very heavy and too long for average height person. Also be aware of the seller. I bought it for $134.95 plus tax $9.45, total $144.40. Didn’t care for blender, returned. And was refunded $134.22. Spoke with Amazon, Amazon says it’s a seller who took my $10. 18. Seller says it’s Amazon. Nobody can explain to me why they refunded me $10.80 less.

Very easy to use, defrost function is great. Can toast abnormal shapes of bread without having to stop and flip over
