Sennheiser MK4

Fantastic LDC big open low end flat mids nice open top a pro bit of kit. Ive been using it mainly for voice over work but it certainly will do most applications. Id describe the mics tone as nice and flat with some character in the upper mids and air, all nice and open sounding good transient detail typical of German mics. Handles plosives and sibilance amazingly for a mic of this price. By the time you've put your plugins on it very Neumann esq and is built in the same room as the u87. A real keeper! whether you are project based or high end anyone wanting solid and pro sounding mic will love the mk 4 and Anyone running a commercial studio would do well with a stereo pair of these

I have not had a chance to try it yet as, despite what the picture description shows you, you do not get all that is pictured. The write up states that the XLR is not included but did not state that the shock mount is not included.

This mic is great for vocals and instrument playing. The sound is very dry and clean. Totally worth the money
