Used to own the H4n many years ago and this is massive upgrade! The stereo mics are bigger with a lower amount of self-noise. Plus the F-Series Pre-Amps provide a noticeable increase in gain plus a lower noise floor. I've used this thing to record guitar, vocals and podcasts and think for the price this is an excellent device. Battery life is great too on 4x Rechargeable. My main gripe is this thing doesn't include any kind of case and the accessory kit isn't available yet as of May 2025. Hope this comes out soon!
