Headset defective upon receipt. Left earpiece works randomly, as if there were a bad connection, the kind of problem that can occur after several months or even years of use. Furthermore, the FAQ states that the cable is 2 metres long and comes with a 1.5-metre splitter. This is not true. The cable is 1.6 metres long at most. There is nothing else in the box. I am exercising my right of withdrawal immediately. We'll see what happens next.

Received these quickly, they worked great with the xbox, no set up required. Fit my head and my sons head comfortably. Mic quality was noticeably improved by friends online. Had them for about a week and the microphone fell off. I contacted logitech and they promptly sent me a replacement item without any fuss. Broken set still work, just require some tape to keep the mic in place. Very pleased with the replacement product and the service provided to get it taken care of. Thank you for your thoughtful feedback. We're happy to know that the Astro A10 headphones provided a smooth setup experience and that the microphone quality stood out to you. We're truly sorry for the inconvenience you faced with the microphone, but we're glad our customer care team could offer a swift resolution. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we appreciate your continued trust.
