The box was damaged. There were markings on both headphone sides. AND there was human hair.

Worked splendidly for 9 months, and then stopped. It won't charge or turn on anymore. When I purchase a bit of a pricey headset, I expect it to last longer than that. Won't be purchasing from this brand again.

Pretty solid headphones but the things are really poorly made. They have a solid plastic piece that secures the earphones into the headband and it has snapped multiple times on me. The plastic just cracks and the headphones start coming apart. I was able to order replacements for the plastic piece and fix it each time but it shouldn't be happening. Buy sturdy headphones not this junk.

Used the wired version for years and years, so naturally i needed to get the wireless for an upgrade, very good headset, used by many gaming professionals, i'd say one of the best headsets money can buy.

Pros : - good sound quality; both hearing and speaking - comfortable - sturdy aluminum frame Cons : - the wireless is not bluetooth, and requires you to use a dongle - it does not stay "on" while plugged-in, so you have to hold the power button down for 4 seconds when you are answering a call; not great when working remotely - rather than being retractable, the microphone is detachable only (via a 1/8" jack on the headset)
