Le Jabra Biz Duo 2300 est un casque de bureau populaire, apprécié pour sa réduction du bruit et son confort. Sa conception durable avec câble Kevlar et perche micro flexible assure une longue durée de vie. La qualité sonore est élevée grâce à HD Voice et l'audio large bande. La commande en ligne est difficile à atteindre et la version USB présente parfois des problèmes de connexion. Il manque aussi une pince pour le câble. Un choix fiable avec quelques inconvénients pratiques mineurs.

It had a bit of resistance being put onto my headphones, but it fits perfectly once its on. Good product, would recommend. =)

We have ordered many of the headphones and the cushions are great, very comfortable and easy to attach.

Needed a headset for work as I am hearing impaired and use an amplifier on my desk phone. This headset was suggested to me by customer service as the one most likely to work for me and it does work really well. I was also assisted with the correct smart cable to fit into my hearing amplifier. This set up now makes me much more comfortable answering the phone in my admin job as I am confident I will be able to hear the caller, so much better than when I just used the amplifier and the phone handset. 10/10 for customer service to suggest what was needed and 10/10 for the headset itself. Suits me perfectly.

The cups are terribly small, they keep sliding off. I found that if you put the band slightly behind the top of your head they will stop slidding, but then they're not comfortable, they don't cover or envelope your ears, they just press on half of them. Sound is dry... Yes it's a callcenter headset and for sake of noise cancelling they all sound a bit dry. But they are DRY. For that price, i expected more!
