So far works perfectly ... ok didnt have any documentation but got it online ... all good so far and I find even better than the CS 520 I Had and now no needs of the MX 10 for the simultaneous sound from my pc

I bought this headset because a coworker recommended it and he always sounded clear on calls. From the images I was concerned they were an over-ear headset, might not be comfortable, and would block out too much sound around me. They are actually on-ear and quite light. I previously had mono headsets since I like to be able to hear a conversation if someone comes to my desk. I find these are better for hearing when the call quality for others is not as good since the sound is in both ears, and I can hear fine if someone asks me a question at my desk.
