Le Razer Blackshark V2 X est apprécié pour sa légèreté et son confort, idéal pour de longues sessions de jeu. La qualité sonore est souvent saluée, notamment les basses profondes et le micro clair avec une bonne réduction de bruit. Le casque fonctionne facilement via une prise jack 3,5 mm sur PC, Xbox, PlayStation et plus. Un inconvénient majeur est la fragilité de la construction, surtout les charnières fines et le câble fixe. Les fonctions logicielles avancées et la carte son USB manquent, ce qui peut rendre le son un peu terne sans logiciel supplémentaire. Globalement, c'est un bon choix pour le confort et les performances de base, mais moins adapté à ceux qui recherchent la durabilité ou des options logicielles avancées.

I wish that I knew that this was common with this headset before buying (not eligible for return) so that's 200 wasted. I tried everything but the mic only works if you turn the headset on, and unplug/plug in the mic 4-5 times. It's really terrible considering the price.

Excellent product. And everyone in the store was super helpful. Products were organized well. Arguably some of the nicer headphones I've owned. Last pair I got from Best Buy fell apart a week after they were out of the box.
