Item definitely was opened at some point. Missing usb cable and quick start guide. Bottom of mic also had some sus markings. Thanks for sucking GameStop shipping.

Bought a used one from Amazon, received it just like a new one. Sound quality is great, easy set up .

The mic works well, but it is advertised as PC and MAC compatible. Define "compatible" - because the software download to customize this microphone is Windows only. There is no MAC package. Does the mic work on my Macbook? Sure, it works...but it can't be customized in any fashion other than through the Macbook settings. So, it works for what I need it for....which is Zoom and Teams meetings for work. But if you are looking for anything more than that and you are running a Mac, you likely will want to find an alternative.
