Rode RØDE WS6 Protection Anti Vent Qualité+

Très bon produit pour un tarif qui reste assez doux. Je l'enfile sans trop de difficulté sur mon micro Audio Technica AT897. Et à moins de vouloir tourner en plein vent, il limite grandement les effets de souffle et de saturation liés aux rafales.

I saw all of these great reviews and I bought the windshield thinking it would CUT wind noise, but it did not at all cut wind noise like I thought it would. I dont think I could be using it wrong. I tried sliding the shield forward slightly and all of this stopped nothing. I was in very light wind conditions and it did not help as much as I had hoped. It destroyed most of my audio. I was glad that I was able to cover most of the noise up with the music under the video. Disappointed because I really wanted this option to work. I used it on a Rode NTG4+.

I was hopeful when I saw several folks like this. Today was a windy day, perhaps gusts to 35mph. Figured it would be a reasonable test. Certainly not useful in gusty conditions as these. For a light, breezy day, probably fine. Hard to say where the line is drawn for this wind shield.

Kills most harsh winds and has helped us move faster on run and gun tough condition shoots. worth every penny and fits snuggly on our Rode NTG2.

Doesnt get rid of wind completely but it works for sure on lighter cases of wind. Im sure the blimp works completely better
