Perfect for at home recording equipment with no extra

Works well into a studio computer and recording into Adobe Audition. Good, clean, flat mic..

Plug and play worked well. It is cardioid mic, reducing echo exposure if used in web meetings. Focus side of the cardioid is on the side where the headphones plug in. The desk stand that comes with it is a bit wimpy (easy to tip over) if you are going to use it as a blog mic. It is being used to record a grand piano for remote college recital class. Boom stand is best for that, but the cord is on the short side to make that practical. Noise floor is OK.

This is my first microphone which did not come as part of my laptop or as a webcam. Its made a huge difference in the quality of the classes I'm having to teach online and has been a lifesaver for me. Its plug and play which is very useful when having to use university approved apps for presentations, though I plan to work out how to mix with it later. So why 4 out of 5 stars? Because some sort of gain or volume control on the microphone itself would be good, lets call it 4.5 out of 5. If you need a mic for zoom, classes or to record lectures this fits the bill nicely.
