Great 27" monitor, colors are very sharp and eye care adjusts to lighting in room. Only con is built-in speaker is volume very low maybe 1 watt, but I have computer speakers hooked up so all's good.

Arrived today and an entire row of pixels on this monitor is completely warped, see picture. Can’t get through the automated chat bot on their support site to speak to someone, no option to even report defects to them. Only “repair” tickets for damage you’ve caused yourself Absolutely awful experience.
