La Polar Unite est un excellent traceur de fitness pour les débutants et les sportifs expérimentés. Elle propose un suivi avancé du sommeil et de la récupération, ainsi que FitSpark pour la guidance quotidienne de l'entraînement. Bien qu'elle ne dispose pas de GPS intégré, elle peut utiliser les données GPS du téléphone. L'absence de stockage de musique et de paiement NFC sont des inconvénients significatifs. Le prix est comparable à celui de la Polar Ignite, ce qui la rend moins attrayante.

The Polar Unite is a GPS chip away from being an absolute bargain of a fitness watch. If you can get past that lack of built-in GPS, there’s a fantastic all-rounder here with solid heart rate, excellent fitness guidance for beginners and some leading sleep and recovery tools that paint a better all-round picture of health and wellness beyond just fitness.

The Polar Unite is an excellent entry-level fitness tracker, with an excellent screen, all-day activity monitoring and a superb companion app. In fact, its specs are almost identical to those of the Polar Ignite, but without the GPS. The problem is that the older Ignite has now dropped in price, making the two devices equally affordable, making the Unite hard to recommend. For now, we'd recommend either holding out for the Unite to drop in price, or looking for a special deal on the Ignite.
