La Garmin Forerunner 970 est une montre GPS multisport avec écran tactile AMOLED de 1,4 pouce et GPS multibande pour un suivi de parcours précis. Elle propose fréquence cardiaque au poignet, fonction ECG et un vaste ensemble de métriques pour la course et le triathlon. L’autonomie atteint environ 26 heures en mode GPS, avec cartes couleur et guidage pour les itinéraires extérieurs. La montre intègre aussi lampe, haut-parleur et micro pour notifications et appels.

Honestly I was skeptical of the price and the flashlight feature, however there is not a single day where I regret my purchase. The flashlight is extremely useful, the watch is lightweight, and has great battery life. Also, although I work in pretty rough conditions and have banged my watch on all sorts of stuff there is not a single scratch. I honestly can’t even believe how quality the glass is.

I ran 18 miles this morning and my watch is just jumped from a 72hr recovery time to 0hrs and in the training readiness metric it just jumped from 16 to 51. Playing music and accurately giving hr data and gps data is great for a $200 watch. But the the features that push this ones price point glitch frequently. I has a 945 before, it had less issues. I regret this purchase and would advise against it.

This watch is absolutely immense. It’s easy to use clear screen. Keeping in mind that I had a forerunner 55 and then up jumped up to a 970 this watch is The only thing I will say is the strap is a little bit uncomfortable for me, but other than that that’s just a change

The running bug has hit big time again and whilst I love my Apple Watch Ultra 2. I noticed that it wasn’t the greatest running tool. Seeking advice and geeking out over which watch ..led me to the Garmin 970. I was tempted by the 570 but wanted to avoid a scratched screen which seemed a common complaint. Very easy to set up. (Though I should have changed to km for my park run) and simple to use. The screen is large, clear and much easier for me to check as I’m running. Physical buttons also made a difference navigating the watch. Highly recommended for runners who are taking their runs and stats more seriously.
