Fujifilm XF 16-80 mm f/4 R OIS WR

I've been thinking of buying the Fuji 16-80 lens for a while, I wanted a lens with a wide angle to short zoom so I can travel light. I have the 18-55 and thought about the 18-135 but I find the 18mm side not wide enough on occasions. So far I've only had the 16-80 out twice and as I'd hoped the 16mm side is a real bonus as is the 80mm that adds more reach. I'd say the build quality is standard Fuji zoom so no worries there, and I'm very happy with the pictures and video so far.

I Haven't used this lens very much but I am pleased with the initial impression, it is well made and after a short while it was comfortable when using it.When I have used i8t for some time I am sure I will be pleased with my purchase. As usual it was a pleasure dealing with Wex photo and I am confident I will be dealing with them again.

I purchased this lens mostly due to the 6 stop image stabilisation

I was looking for a good all round lens for garden photography and this one fits the bill very well. The image quality is very good contrary to some of the technical reviews.... and best of all unlike most Fuji lens hoods this fits well and doesn't fall off...hooray!

Happy to use this as a walk-around lens when I do not want to be burdened by lens changes, without feeling that I am compromising too heavily between convenience and performance. The IS comes in handy when used with no IBIS bodies too.
