Fujifilm XF 56mm F/1.2 R WR

Après avoir testé plusieurs objectifs Fujifilm (XF23mm f/1.4, XF27mm f/2.8, XF30mm f/2.8 et XF50mm f/2), mon choix s’est porté sur le XF56mm f/1.2 R WR. Ideal en portrait sa grande ouverture f/1.2 offre une excellente séparation des plans, et une très bonne performance en basse lumière, il se montre également très pertinent en photographie de rue. La distance qu’impose sa focale permet une prise de vue discrète, tout en conservant une excellente qualité d’image. Une association idéale avec le Fujifilm X-T4.

Après plusieurs essais d’objectifs Fujifilm (XF 23 mm f/1.4, XF 27 mm f/2.8mm, XF 30 mm f/2.8 et XF 50 mm f/2), j’ai finalement opté pour le XF 56 mm f/1.2). Mon choix s’est porté sur le XF 56 mm f/1.2. Il est exceptionnel pour le portrait et reste très intéressant en photo de rue grâce au recul qu’il impose, offrant une bonne discrétion. Un excellent compromis avec mon Fujifilm X-T4.

Dustin Abbott has a detailed review of this lens online detailing it's ups and downs. I bought one even though I don't take portraits. I'm thrilled with it. The quality is amazing - every shoot with this delivers something special, technically at least. And of course the bokeh is superb. It's big and heavy so I'll use it around home or from the car rather than when backpacking. Great for flowers, leaves, woodland, most things really. Especially portraits presumably. Possibly the best quality lens I've owned in 50 years of taking photos.

The Fujifilm XF56mm f/1.2 R WR is perfect for portraits—super sharp, dreamy background blur, and amazing skin tones. I use it all the time and couldn't be happier.

The Fujifilm Fujinon XF 56mm F1.2 R WR lens captures gorgeous images with soft backgrounds and is fully weather-sealed, but its slow autofocus is limiting for event photography and video.
