This lens is compact, well built and tack-sharp wide open at all focal lengths. It's ideal for landscape and interior photography, or just as handy all-purpose wide angle. I've been very pleased with it to this point.

I replaced my AF-S 16-35mm lens with the Z 14-30mm lens. Along with the Z 24-120 and Z 100-400 lenses makes a great trio of lenses. I have had no problems with the lens and am very happy with it.

This lens scratches and itch to gather groups of people in one shot. Also, in Europe, it is perfect for capturing scenes in narrow streets that a 50mm just can't accomplish. I highly recommend this one for urban travel.
