Good Points: Basically it doubles the reach of my existing zoom. I do a lot of aviation photography and whilst I have a 1.4 converter it sometimes isn’t quite enough, especially for small aircraft in the distance.

Good Points: The converter increases the scope for both the 40-150 Pro lens and the 300mm. Results are excellent, provided you make the necessary adjustments to exposure (trying to keep to a shutter speed fast enough to avoid camera shake - eg 1/600 sec when the converter is attached to the 300mm lens, 1/300 sec when used with the zoom fully extended.

Good Points: It’s light it’s versatile , I’m not a photographer who makes a living from my lenses , so yes it’s well within my spending range , it gives me the opportunity to go enjoy my day with excellent images. Improvement Points: The lens hood it’s too fiddly It’s going to break and I’m expecting that expense . Not something I should just expect .

I'm using this with my 300mm f4 IS PRO lens. Even though the f-stop is limited to f8 with the teleconverter, I am getting great results. The integration with the lens and camera is great and I am even able to use it hand-held despite the 1200mm efov. I'm hoping to extend its use to the 40-150mm f2.8 PRO lens (when I acquire one).
