Good Points: So easy to get a really good image. Improvement Points: Not much wrong at this price point.

Good Points: Great build quality that produces very sharp images with quite a natural colour profile. The best equivalent to a Leica f2 50mm lens at a fraction of the cost.

Good Points: lovely to use, easy to focus with a choice of focus ring or focus notch, apertures have 1/3 stop clicks also, this is the modern version of the nicest lens I ever owned and can't fault the images this produces, just as good as the 60s version with much better coatings giving slightly more contrast. Improvement Points: nothing at all

I bought this lens to use it together with a Summilux 35mm on my Leica M10. I was looking for a good lens not too much expensive in order to get closer when needed compared to the main 35mm. It's very small and light compared to my experience with some other Nikon/ZF2 Zeiss lenses but it features the same excellent build quality.
