Haven't had any issues w/this. Good device and easy management.

We have bought 8 units and out 8, 5 is been replaced due to failure when the input is supplied by generator. Not reccomended

We like using extra battery packs for our critical applications. The extra run time is critical.

Paired this with a Smart UPS X 3000 for additional runtime. Provided exactly what was needed and looks great next to the UPS. Would recommend again.

Love being able to add these to a new or existing APC UPS and increase run time!
