The Asus ProArt PX13 GoPro Edition is mostly built on the same chassis as the previous PX13 generation, and remains a unique compact laptop in a 2-in-1 format. However, with AMD Ryzen AI Max+ hardware inside, this generation provides excellent performance in sustained loads, both on the CPU and GPU side, and runs quieter and cooler with general use than the previous AMD+ Nvidia generation. Too bad Asus couldn't update the OLED panel in any way, its only 60Hz and rather dim. And sure, this laptop costs an arm and a leg in the Ryzen 395 variants, but the entry-tier Ryzen 388 can be an excellent option for this portable format, if available in your area.

If you're set on a powerful compact laptop format in a 2-in-1 hybrid chassis, there's hardly anything like this Asus ProArt PX13 out there. Even if no longer running on latest-generation hardware, this offers a premium and ergonomic 13-inch chassis, excellent IO and inputs, an OLED touch display in a convertible format, and plenty of performance for all sorts of activities, including work tasks and games. It is expensive, though, and not quite as fast as the more modernly specced options available in the 14-inch space.

It's an ounce over our ultraportable limit, but Asus' ProArt PX13 2-in-1 laptop is a super-screened, screaming-fast compact convertible for demanding creative apps.
